plant or shop floor. We have worked with the Halogenated Solvents Alliance
(HSIA), Association of Water Technologies (AWT), Paint Removal Manufacturers'
Association (PRMA), and several businesses including Bridgestone, Cooper
Tire, Jack Daniel Distillery, PB&S Chemicals, Quebecor Printing USA,
and many, many small businesses nationwide. We have authored several guidebooks
for regulatory compliance for the coatings removal and water treatment
industries and have testified before OSHA committees in developing hazardous
materials regulations for the coatings removal industry. We have personally
survived and have helped others survive OSHA and DOT audits and have taken
the lead in spearheading successful penalty reduction for companies in
violation of EPA regulations (total monetary penalty reduction and administrative
citation issued). We have also been very active in Responsible Care programs
and in other proactive product stewardship initiatives.
